Located immediately west of the Eglinton GO station, the development by DBS and Achille will provide approximately 550 dwelling units, consisting of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. This proposal will redefine the street edge experience to create a walkable development framed by the proposed building and landscape areas to support active transportation and a vibrant community.
