Located immediately west of the Eglinton GO station, at 2941 Eglinton Avenue East, the proposed development is a 44-storey mixed-use building with an approximate total gross floor area of 37,707 sq.m. The development will provide a total of 555 dwelling units, consisting of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The proposed mixed-use building will also provide an approximate 289 sq.m non-residential space at-grade level. A total of approximately 1,123 sq.m of indoor amenity space and 1,097 sq.m of outdoor amenity space will be provided, for a total of 2,220 sq.m of amenity space.
This proposal will redefine the street edge experience to create a walkable development framed by the proposed building and landscape areas to support active transportation and a vibrant community.
